UK Purchases: All items are posted out via Royal Mail First Class with proof of postage. Items over £20 in value will be posted via First Class Recorded and items over the value of £50 will be sent via Next Day Special Delivery.

Worldwide Purchases: Items to the value of £20 will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard which normally takes 10 working days but may take longer during busier times of the year such as Christmas & Easter. Items over £21 will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

Worldwide Purchases: Items under £10 will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard which normally takes 10 working days but may take longer during busier times of the year such as Christmas & Easter. In case of non arrival of items for the UK please wait 10 working days after the delivery due date of & for the rest of the world please wait 25 working after the delivery due date before contacting us. Also please be aware that demand could possibly delay items during the bank holiday periods.

If an item is not delivered, where possible an exact replacement will be sent. Please be aware that this may lead to a longer waiting time as items are recreated or reprinted. It may only be replaced by another similar item offered by the seller and not at the purchaser's request. A refund may be given if the item is no longer available. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Custom items : The purchaser will be updated on a weekly basis via email of the progress of the said item once the creation process has begun.

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection and recycling of the packaging is Activate by Reclay. As a customer, please ensure that all packaging received is placed in the right recycling containters.
